COMMONS
“COMMONS” is an ambitious proposal to transform Itakeskus into a thriving piece of city; a socially, environmentally and economically sustainable place with a dense urban character. The proposal aims to build upon the area’s present strengths – it’s cultural diversity and entrepreneurial spirit – to create a place that people will want to live, work and visit.

Korttelirakenteesta iso plussa! Kerrankin rehellistä kaupunkia, ei pelkkää wow-tornia ja joutomaata ympärillä. Itäväylän olisi voinut vielä työstää pidemmälle.
